It’s the 23rd of November 2022. You know, Paul writes that we are not our own, that we were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. We are God’s temple. We are God’s abiding place, the place he has chosen to dwell. We are his holy of holies. and the outer court. We are the tabernacle of God. And the tabernacle of God should be holy, consecrated, set apart for God. And that no one who is not authorized to enter into that temple is permitted entry. No one is allowed in unless you give them permission to come in unless they come in through stealth.
Now many of us have come to Jesus Christ a long time ago but we have never had deliverance ministry. We have never had deliverance ministry at the beginning of our entry into the kingdom of God. When Jesus Christ took up residence in our spirit, the other rooms of our belly, according to Proverbs 20 27, the spirit of a man is the candle of the Lord searching all the inner depths of the belly, all the rooms of the heart. Proverbs 20:27, have a read of it.
Your spirit is joined with Jesus Christ. Paul says, “What man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man that is in him?” Even so, we have received not the spirit of the world, but the spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have freely been given to us by God. So your spirit is the candle of the Lord searching all the inner depths, all the rooms of the kidneys or the belly.
And your spirit knows the things of your life, the things of a man, the things of a person. And so God through the groaning and travail of the Holy Spirit as Paul says in Romans 8, for we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself prays for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
You know, ideally all believers should have been baptized into, immersed into the Holy Spirit and have received the wonderful prayer language of the Holy Spirit imparted to you and quickened inside of your spirit when you were born again. If not when you were born again, then soon after because it’s the biblical pattern especially seen in Cornelius’s house and in Ephesians 19 when the disciples of John the Baptist had not even heard of the Holy Spirit.
They received and they spoke in tongues. And in Acts chapter 8, when the whole city of Samaria believed the things spoken by Phillip and were baptized only in water, only in water they were baptized. So they called on the name of the Lord. They were baptized in water. So they were born again. And yet when the apostles in Jerusalem heard that they had believed, they sent Peter and John down to Samaria to check it out. And when they came, they found that they had not yet receive the Holy Spirit, for he had not yet fallen on any of them. They had only been baptized in the name of Jesus.
Now, this is a big uh problem in the body of Christ today and has been ever since the book of Acts that many many of us Christians know nothing of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. It’s not just about speaking in tongues even though that is a wonderful powerful tool of God in your prayer life in your arsenal of weapons. Because God has given us a language that we might pray these unknown things unknown to our human mind. But our spirit searches.
Our spirit knows the things of a man. And anyone who prays in the spirit, his spirit prays. According to 1 Corinthians 14 verse 14, if I pray with my if I pray in tongues, my spirit prays. And so as you as you get baptized in the spirit, seek it.
Seek to be baptized in the spirit. Seek to be released into the prayer language God has for you. And then continue to use that language daily because God will begin to plow up and open up everything in your spirit and in your soul down in your heart that is closed off that perhaps you don’t even remember the traumatic things that happened to you. you might not remember. And also generational curses and with the spirits attached come down through our family tree and are in our soul life, locked away, hidden away.
And the spirit searches these things out and knows these things. and they await the day when they will be evicted by the power of the Holy Spirit through an anointed vessel of his. You know, we need to be delivered. You if you find that the call of God is constantly blocked and you are not able to move into your calling, you’re always um set back. you’re always delayed, you’re always uh go off track and there’s confusion in your life.
If there’s shame in your life, if there’s self-blame in your life, you know, these things come from the devil. They come from demons. Yes, of course they can just be demons that sit upon you or whisper into your ear from the outside, but also these things can be in us in these rooms of the belly that Proverbs 20 27 speaks of. And God wants you to be free. He wants you to be set free completely that you might walk clean, that you might walk uh without these hindrances setting you back, derailing you if you like.
So I pray that the Holy Spirit would come upon you and fill you and release you into the gift of other tongues. The prayer language that is given to every believer. Mark 16 tells us that they will pray with new tongues. New tongues. And that word new means never before spoken. A language never before spoken. It’s personal for each and every one of us. It’s not a known human language. It’s a a never before spoken language. Look up the meaning in the Greek of the word new… New.
So I I encourage you to pray in tongues to to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit through the laying on of hands. Get to a church where they believe in these things and ask the father before you go and ask and make it known that you want to be filled and baptized in the Holy Spirit.
If you’re not a part of a church that believes these things, you’re in a church that is grieving the Holy Spirit. You need to be in a church where people welcome the moving of the Holy Spirit as the early church did. So, I’ll just leave it at that. May God bless you today in the mighty name of Jesus.
