David learned to keep his soul in quiet rest inside the presence of the Lord Jesus. Even though he was often in trials of his faith and in trouble through his own mistakes he still clung to the Lord Jesus.
Ps 16:8″I have set the Lord always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.”
That ability is a gift of grace from the Lord…for He alone carries us through each trial we go through.
Ps 16:7 I will give honor and thanks to the Lord, Who has told me what to do. Yes, even at night my mind teaches me.
8I have placed the Lord always in front of me. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be moved.
9 And so my heart is glad. My soul is full of joy. My body also will rest without fear.
10 For You will not give me over to the grave. And You will not allow Your Holy One to return to dust.
11 You will show me the way of life. Being with You is to be full of joy. In Your right hand there is happiness forever.
Placing the Lord always before the eyes or the mind is a deliberate action we can practice.
I ask for Jesus to give you grace to do that…that He would be MAGNIFIED ABOVE ALL YOUR TROUBLES….THAT THE MOUNTAINS WOULD SEEM LIKE LITTLE HILLS….AND THE VALLEYS WOULD BE RAISED UP…
For He is with you in and through it all.
I ask you Father to strengthen my sister now with Your precious anointing…to fill her heart and soul with your strength and your spirit. Sweet Jesus thank you for enabling her to be lifted up above where she dwells with you in the spirit realm–ascended on high with Jesus=seated in His throne with Him.
